Air Force Aims to Bring Glory at Asian Games
Thirty - Two Sportsmen and women of the Sri Lanka Air Force, consisting of 29 players and 3 officials, have been selected to represent Sri Lanka at the 18th Asian Games to be held in Indonesia from 18 August to 2 September 2018.

Sri Lanka Air Force players including the Captain of National Hockey team Leading Aircraftman Weerasooriya PGLG and others will represent the nation at a Athletics, Baseball, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Weightlifting, Rowing, Taekwondo, Wrestling, Hockey, Judo and Karate. Of special note is the fact that of those selected, two Rowers and one Taekwondo player, have taken up the sport only after joining the Air Force.
