No. 39th Junior Command and Staff Course commenced
No. 39th Junior Command and Staff Course commenced on 07th May 2012 at Sri Lanka Air Force Academy China Bay. The Opening address by the Commanding Officer was held at the Junior Command and Staff College auditorium at 0930 hrs on 10th May 2012.
23 SLAF Officers in the rank of Squadron Leader and Flight Lieutenant, 04 Officers from the Army in the rank of Major and 02 Officers from the Navy in the rank of Lieutenant will be following this staff course for a duration of 14 weeks (07 May 2012 - 17 Aug 2012). Soon after the Opening address, a self introduction session by the student officers was done after which the Directing Staff gave an overview of the course to all the Student Officers.
