SLAF TTS Ekala celebrated the first anniversary (1st June, 2012) of the school after it was re-named and re-structured as the Trade Training School of the Sri Lanka Air Force.

Marking the anniversary, a parade was conducted followed by a “Pirith” chanting and alms giving ceremony to evoke blessings on the TTS, Commander of the Air Force, Service personnel, and war heroes.

SLAF TTS Ekala personnel including the Commanding Officer of TTS Ekala Group Captain LD Gunawardana and the first Commanding Officer of SLAF Station Ekala Gp Capt HAD Ranasinghe was also on hand to participate in this historic event.
