The President of Seychelles James Michel paid a floral tribute to the war heroes who had made the supreme sacrifice during the thirty year long conflict in Sri Lanka.

The President of Seychelles who is on a 3 day official visit to the island made this tribute at the War Heroes Memorial at Battaramulla today (22nd August, 2012)

The Deputy Director Ground Operations, Air Commodore MLK Perera, accompanied the President of Seychelles to the war heroes’ memorial. SLAF Officers and other ranks also participated in the ceremony.
