A leadership and teamwork development programme for the staff of the Helitours, the commercial arm of the Air Force was conducted at SLAF Morawewa from the 23 to the 25 of February 2013. The Regiment Special Forces (RSF) was totally responsible for the conduct of the programme. Four officers and thirty two other ranks participated in this programme.

Individual skills development, endurance and confidence training, obstacle clearance and marches were included as part of the programme which helped the participants to build team spirit and understanding which would stand in good stead when carry out duties in the office environment.
