The 2nd formation day of Sri Lanka Air Force Trade Training School Ekala was celebrated on 1 June 2013 under the patronage of the Commanding Officer Group Captain P Ranasinghe.  The event commenced with the blessings of multi religious sermons. To mark this event a Shramadana programe   was conducted at Uthuru Batagama Kanista Vidyalaya Ja Ela and St Martin’s elders’ home at Kotugoda. Further the event was followed by an all ranks Lunch.  The SLAF TTS was previously functioning under different names and after obtaining NVQ standards it was re-named as SLAF TTS.
