A Leadership Development Programme was conducted by the Sri Lanka Air Force at Dharmaraja College Kandy on 30th October 2013. The programme commenced after the address by the Deputy Principal of Dharmaraja College Mr.SAD Subasinghe. Air Commodore SK Pathirana a distinguished old boy of the College introduced the importance of the programme and the following presentations were conducted thereafter. Leadership by Group Captain MD Ratnayake, Teams, Team Building & Management Activity by Wing Commander KMK Keppetipola, Social Etiquette and Dress Sense by Wing Commander MDAG Senevirathne, Time Management by Wing Commander UCJ Piyasena and Motivation by Group Captain MA Jabir.

Certificates were presented to the students who took part in the programme by Air Commodore SK Pathirana, Group Captain MD Ratnayake and Group Captain MA Jabir. One of the prefects conducted the vote of thanks and the ceremony was concluded after singing the National Anthem.
