Annual Commander's Inspection at Sri Lanka Air Force Station, Palaly

The Commander of the Air Force Air Chief Marshal Roshan Goonetileke was accorded a Guard of Honour during the Annual Commanders Inspection at SLAF Station Palaly this morning (18 February 2010).

The Station Commanding Officer Group Captain Nishen Abeysinghe received the Commander on his arrival and a Guard of Honour was conferred by Flight Lieutenant Kanishka Jayasekara.

SLAF Station Palaly provides advance training courses for the Gunner trades who successfully complete the Gunners Basic Course. This Station also functions as the main hub for both civil and military aviation to the northern Peninsula.
