The 32nd anniversary of SLAF station Katukurunda was celebrated on 16th November 2016. To commemorate the event, religious activities and recreational activities were organized under the guidance of the Commanding Officer Gp Capt BAMP Balasuriya together with all Officers, other ranks and the civilian staff.

The anniversary commenced with the morning parade reviewed by the Commanding Officer and was followed by a soft ball Cricket tournament. The celebration was concluded with an all ranks lunch.
