The 02nd day of Guwan Hamuda Papedi Sawariya ended today in front of the SLAF Base Vavuniya. The Commanding Officer Sri Lanka Air Force Station Palavi, Wing commander LDRP Gunawardana flagged off the race from Puttalam.

SL Navy cyclist Janaka Hemantha Kumara  won the 2nd leg Jeewan Jayasinghe and Naveen Ruchira of Air Force finished  second and third respectively.

The third (final) leg of the race will begin tomorrow (05 March 2017) at 0830hrs from Vavuniya. The race will be flagged offed in front of the SLAF Base Vavuniya. The third stage covering 145.5Km will finish in Jaffna tomorrow.

The Womens' race also will start from in front of Abans showroom Kilinochchi to finish in Duraiappah Ground, Jaffna (69 km) Tomorrow (05 March 2017)
