The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy, conducted the AOC’s inspection (2nd Session) at Sri Lanka Air Force Base Katunayake on 25 August 2017. 

During the course of the inspection the Commander visited all areas (in 2nd session) of the base. Concluding the AOC’s inspection, the Commander addressed all ranks including the civilian personnel and commended their hard work to uplift the standards of the base. Commander also emphasized the need to contribute their best to the Air Force as well as to the motherland at all times.
