The Badge Awarding Ceremony of EOD Training School SLAF Station Palavi for No 34 Officers, No 49 Airmen, No 09 Airwomen and No 25 Naval Personnel Basic EOD Courses was held on 22 December 2017 at the parade square of SLAF Station Palavi. Air Vice Marshal WLRP Rodrigo the Deputy Director Ground Operations participate as the Chief Guest.

The courses comprised of 04 Air Force Commissioned Officers, 02 Naval Commissioned Officers, 26 Airmen, 02 Airwomen and 04 Sailors. 38 awardees received their certificates and badges to mark the successful completion of the courses at the ceremony.
