A CSR Project by SLAF CTS DIyatalawa

A Bus halt, constructed by SLAF CTS Diyatalawa near the Tamil Central College, Haputale, was handed over to the general public on 1st February 2018 to mark the 67th anniversary of the Sri Lanka Air Force.
The event saw the meeting of a long felt need of the area, especially in light of the numerous school children who were exposed to the frequent rains in the area.
An opening ceremony was organized by the Principal and staff of the Tamil Central College, Haputale appreciating the contribution made by SLAF CTS Diyatalawa. The Commanding Officer of the Combat Training School Air Commodore WWPD Fernando and a cross section of the school attended the function.
