Sri Lanka Air Force Station Mirigama celebrated its 12th Anniversary on 1st of June 2019. The ceremony began with the Station Working Parade which was reviewed by the Commanding Officer, Wing Commander NK Thanippuliarachchi.

A fatigue programme was conducted at the “Ape Lamai” disabled Child Orphanage followed by lunch. Further, the station contributed and assisted to complete the construction of a house for an underprivileged Civil Staff member of the Station under the leadership and guidance of the Commanding Officer.

The event was concluded with a Cricket match followed by an all ranks lunch.
