Chairman of the Military Science Committee of the Russian Armed Forces – Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Lieutenant General Igor Yurievich Makushev called on the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sumangala Dias at Air Force Headquarters on 23rd October 2019.

A cordial discussion was held between the Commander and the Defence Attaché on matters of bilateral importance after which official plaques were exchanged to mark the occasion.
