Air Defence Gunnery Training School (ADGTS) at SLAF Station Iranamadu celebrated its 9th anniversary today (23 February 2021).

The ADGTS was initially shifted to Iranamadu from SLAF Base Katunayake on 5 February 2012 and later on was declared as an individual formation in SLAF on 23 February 2012.

In line with the celebrations, the personnel of the School conducted a “Kovil Puja” Ceremony at the Hindu Kovil of Station Iranamadu. The Commanding Officer, Wing Commander MJ Ranaweera participated for occasion along with the Officers and Other Ranks of the School.
