Colombo and China Bay Inter Unit Basketball Champions
SLAF Station Colombo and Academy China Bay emerged as Men’s and Women’s Champions at the Inter Unit Basketball Championship 2019 held at the Indoor Basketball Court of the Air Force Health Management Centre, in Colombo yesterday (12 September 2019).
SLAF Academy China Bay and SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa emerged the runners up in the Men's and Women's categories respectively.
The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Sumangala Dias graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Members of the Air Force Board of Management, Chairman SLAF Basketball, Air Vice Marshal PDKT Jayasinghe, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks were also present for the event.
