The Graduation Ceremony of the No. 40th Junior Commanders’ Course was held at the Junior Command and Staff College auditorium at SLAF Academy China Bay on 07 December 2012. The Director Logistics of the Sri Lanka Air Force Air Vice Marshal KVB Jayampathy graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

A total of 21 Officers from the Sri Lanka Air Force in the rank of Squadron Leader and Flight Lieutenant, 05 Officers from the Army in the rank of Major and 02 Officers from the Navy in the rank of Lieutenant followed and graduated from this course successfully.
