Commander Features in the Burdett Trophy Winning Team

The
Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Harsha Abeywickrama was part of
the history making Burdett Trophy winning Nuwara Eliya Golf Club (NEGC)
team. The Burdett Trophy is a prestigious event played between the Royal
Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) and the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club (NEGC) and this
year’s event was the 111th encounter between these two great clubs.
NEGC beat RCGC yet again with a score of 6 1/2 to 5 1/2 and the awards ceremony of
this event was held recently at the NEGC.
