SLAF Regiment Training School (RTS) Vanni celebrated its 7th Anniversary on 5 November 2019 with community service projects and recreational activities organized under the guidance of the Commanding Officer together with All Officers, Other Ranks and Civilian Staff.

The celebrations commenced with the Working Parade reviewed by the Commanding Officer, Air Commodore Athula Kaluarachchi. In line with the celebrations, a commemoration ceremony was also conducted at the War Heroes Monument to pay tribute to all Officers and Airmen who made the supreme sacrifice for the motherland.

Coinciding with the celebrations, Shramadana campaigns were conducted at the Divisional Hospital Poovarasankulam and Navajothy Vidyalaya, Madukkulam on 3 November 2019 and 28 October 2019 respectively.

A Volleyball tournament was conducted with the participation of all personnel of the Station followed by an all ranks lunch.
