Four Officers including one Lady Officer and three Male Officers of Electronics & Computer Engineering Branch, successfully completed the two-week Basic Administrative familiarization course at SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa today (07 June 2024) and declared their commission in the presence of the Commanding Officer SLAF Combat Training School Diyatalawa, Air Commodore HTH Dharmadasa.

The course content included Relative Ranks, Mess Etiquette and Functions of Officers’ Mess, Volunteer Air Force, Logistics Management, Volunteer AF, PI/ PII / PIII, Officers’ General Responsibilities, Public Speaking and Phonetic Alphabet. Moreover, they completed the Physical Training component included in the course.

The ceremony was attended by the Officer Commanding Training, Wing Commander KMKB Jayasekara, Chief Instructor Cadets’ Training, Squadron Leader LRTPB Senevirathne and instructors.
