The SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit successfully conducted the second session of the ‘HerShield’ Legal Awareness Programme yesterday (08 June 2026) at the Eagles Lakeside Banquets & Convention Hall, Attidiya, with the participation of over 350 Officers, Airmen and Airwomen representing various SLAF establishments.

As part of World Environment Day celebrations, a Herbal Garden Establishment Programme was held at the Pollinator Garden, Goluwapokuna Estate, SLAF Base Katunayake, highlighting the importance of environmental conservation and sustainable green initiatives.

As part of the commemorative activities marking the 75th Anniversary of the SLAF, the Directorate of Health Services, in collaboration with the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit and the Sri Lanka College of Military Medicine (SLCOMM), conducted a Medical Outreach Programme at Vijayaraja Maha Vidyalaya, Pihimbiyagollewa, Anuradhapura, today (07 June 2026).
