The No. 02 Information Technology Wing (No. 02 ITW) at SLAF Trade Training School Ekala celebrated its 7th anniversary yesterday (17 May 2026) with a series of events organized to commemorate the occasion.

The Indo-Pacific Safety Air Forces Exchange (ISAFE) – Colombo 2026, co-hosted by the SLAF and the United States Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), was successfully conducted from 11 to 14 May 2026 at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, Colombo in line with the SLAF 75th Anniversary celebrations.

The United States Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC), in collaboration with the No 3 Maritime Squadron of the SLAF Academy China Bay, successfully conducted the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Subject Matter Expert Exchange (ISR SMEE) programme from 11 to 15 May 2026.
