The Association of Public Finance Accountants of Sri Lanka (APFASL) which is the Public Sector Wing of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) showcased the pinnacle of public sector financial reporting excellence with the announcement of winners of the 09th Best Annual Report and Accounts (BARA) Awards Competition.
