The ceremonial Handing Over / Taking Over Parade was held today (06 March 2025), at No. 2 Information Technology Wing of the Sri Lanka Air Force Trade Training School, Ekala. During the ceremony, Wing Commander KDC Krishantha officially assumed command from the outgoing Commanding Officer, Wing Commander GDI Sanjeewa, becoming the 6th Commanding Officer of the Wing.

Prior to this appointment, Wing Commander KDC Krishantha served as Staff Officer Information Technology IV at Air Force Headquarters. The outgoing Commanding Officer, Wing Commander GDI Sanjeewa, will proceed to the Presidential Secretariat, where he will assume duties as the Director of ICT and Digitalization.
