Pearson Edexcel International General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) exam or Cambridge International Ordinary Level exams: Passes in 06 subjects in not more than two sittings. Passes are compulsory for English, all Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) or Mathematics.
and
Successful completion of Engineering Draughtsmanship Certificate Course at a Technical College recognized by the Ministry of Vocational and Technical Training should be make equal to National Vocational Qualification Level III or IV (NVQ Level III or IV)
