Description

Installs, maintenance and repairs wireless communications equipment on tall structures like Signal towers.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible to Installation and rigging, maintenance and repair of antenna tower equipment and safety compliance.

GCE O/L REQUIREMENTS

Passes in 06 subjects at the GCE (O/L) Examination at not more than two sittings including a Simple (S) pass in Sinhala / Tamil language or Pearson Edexcel International General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) exam or Cambridge International Ordinary Level exams: Passes in 06 subjects in not more than two sittings.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work on high altitude towers. Skill of handling heavy duty tools will be an added advantage.
