The Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force, Air Marshal HD Abeywickrama conducted the 1st annual AOC's Inspection of the SLAF Station Mullaittivu on the April 5th, 2012.

The Commander was welcomed by the Commanding Officer Wing Commander PPH Pinnagoda and was awarded with a Street Line at the station premises. The Commander inspected all areas within the station and appreciated the level of development of the station. During the course of the inspection, the Commander also declared open the "Lagoon View" Airmen Holiday Home complex.

Concluding the inspection, the Commander addressed the troops and awarded commendations to an Officer and four Airmen to appreciate their valuable services rendered to the development of the SLAF station Mullaittivu.
