In keeping line with Commanders novel idea of uplifting the leadership abilities and qualities of junior Officers a two day Special Officer Quality Development Course for Junior Officers was conducted at Sri Lanka Air Force Diyatalawa on 3rd and 4th May 2012. First ever course of this kind was completed successfully and the content of the course are Executive Physical Training, Military Leadership, Motivation, Responsibilities of an Officer, Mess Etiquettes and Dining Procedures followed by a Dining Night Parade.
