A Workshop on Cleaner Dining & Convenience

A workshop on Cleaner Dining and Convenience was conducted at SLAF Base Anuradhapura from 6th to 7th November 2012. The workshop was conducted by a team led by the Executive Chef Saman Wijeratne from the Unilever Food Solutions. It was based on quick and convenient cooking methods including innovations for preparation of Chinese, Italian, Thai and Indian dishes.

The workshop was coordinated by Sqn Ldr KGBMS Kularathna. The Base Commander Gp Cpt SJS Fernando, Wg Cdr HU Wijayaweera, Wg Cdr TI Fernando, officers, all ranks, families of servicemen and civilians were amongst the participants at this workshop and the participants were awarded with certificates.
