The ‘Guwan Sisu Thilina’ Distribution of School Uniforms to the Children of Civilian Employees in the Air Force was held at the Air Force Headquarters’ Auditorium on 06th February 2014 under the patronage of the Chairperson of the SLAF SVU Mrs. Neelika Abeywickrema. The programme was commenced to the second consecutive year in collaboration with Command Research Development (CRD) Cell.  A number of 2596 children have been selected to this project by the CRD Cell and a cross section of the civilian employees of the SLAF received the School Uniforms for their children during this event.

Command Research and Development Officer Air Commodore TGJ Amarasena and his staff, Members of SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit and Civilian employees of the SLAF also participated to the programme.
