The Sri Lanka Air Force Netball team became the 2nd Runner up in the National Netball tournament 2010. The tournament was held during 18th and 19th September 2010 at the Nittawela grounds, Kandy.

Thirteen teams, including all best in the island took part with only Seylan Bank and HNB outdoing the SLAF girls.

During the tournament the SLAF defeated Girls High School  Kandy, Kurunegala Netball Club, Colombo University, the CTB, HFC Kurunegala.

In the semi finals they lost to HNB and won against the Police to secure the 3rd place. Corporal Dhammika was adjudged the Best Defender of the Tournament.
