The third leg of the 25th Guwan Hamuda Papedi Sawariya concluded in Trincomalee today (05 March 2024), covering a route of 125.7 kilometers. Pasindu Thisera, representing the Sri Lanka Army Cyclists, clinched victory in this stage of the race. Sanju Deemantha from the Sri Lanka Air Force secured second place, with Shehal Chamod of the Sri Lanka Police finishing third.

The fourth stage of the race will start on tomorrow (06 March 2024), starting at 08:30 a.m. from Trincomalee and spanning a distance of 139.4 kilometers, concluding in Vavuniya.
