INTER UNIT WUSHU CHAMPIONSHIP 2025
The Inter Unit Wushu Championship 2025 concluded yesterday (28 February 2025), at SLAF Base Katunayaka. The finals and awards ceremony took place at the SLAF Base Katunayaka Gymnasium, graced by the presence of the Director General Construction Engineering, Air Vice Marshal Chandana Geethapriya, as the Chief Guest.
In the Men's category, SLAF Station Sri Jayewardenepura emerged as the champions, while the Women's Championship was secured by the SLAF Trade Training School, Ekala. SLAF Base Ratmalana claimed the Runner-Up position in both the Men's and Women's categories.
The event was attended by the Chairman of SLAF Wushu, Air Commodore Sulochana Marapperuma, along with members of the Air Force Sports Council and other distinguished guests, who were present to witness the finals of the championship.
