The final and third stage concluded, which is the three-day strive of the Men’s race, at the iconic city Gallface Green Colombo today (02 March 2025).  Today’s journey from Kandy  to Colombo covered a distance of 155.2 km. Saranga Perera from Sri Lanka Army secured the 1st in the third leg and Prabath Madusanka  from  Sri Lanka Navy and Sachintha Piumal from the Sri Lanka Port Authority finished the final leap in the second and third places, respectively.

Simultaneously, Women's race commenced today, covering a distance of 86 km from Meerigama to Colombo. The Sri Lanka Air Force dominated the podium, with Dinesha Dilrukshi securing first place, followed by Panchali Sulochana in second and Sudarika Priyadarshani claiming third. Their outstanding performances marked a remarkable achievement for the team in this event.

The awards ceremony is scheduled to be held on the premises at Riffle Green Ground, Colombo this evening with the graceful presence of the Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Bandu Edirisinghe, as the Chief Guest.
