'Eagles Lagoon View' Banquet Hall at Katunayake which hosted its first function on the 2nd March 2013, encompasses a total area of 23,000 sq feet comprises a 9,000 sq feet banquet hall, a bridal dressing room, a studio, four dual occupancy rooms and two large changing rooms for artistes. In addition, the complex boasts of a wide verandah and a large landscaped garden which rolls down to the Negombo lagoon.
