In a gesture of respect towards retired members of the Sri Lanka Air Force, Dr. IYM Haniff, Founder and Chairman of the JJ Foundation, donated two wheelchairs to the Sri Lanka Air Force Ex-Servicemen’s Association (SLAFESA) and the Ex-Air Force Women’s Association on 17 February 2026.

The handover ceremony was held at the SLAFESA Auditorium in Guwanpura. The event was attended by President Air Vice Marshal Hemantha Soysa (Retd), Secretary Mr. Kamal Padmakantha, President of the Ex-Air Force Women’s Association Ms. Amitha Rohini, Ms. Anusha Jayatilake, and members of the Executive Committee.

Dr. Haniff was accompanied by Ms. Safeena Banu and Ms. Meiroon Nisa representing the JJ Foundation.
