The 30th phase of the Guwan Mithudam project was successfully completed yesterday (04 April 2022) at the Samagipura, Mahadiulwewa area by the SLAF Station Morawewa under the guidance of the Chairperson SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Charmini Pathirana. Thereby, a water purification plant was successfully installed and handed over to general public.
The purification plant was installed in view of addressing the much felt need of the public in Mahadiulwewa area where the villagers have mere access to find drinking water for their daily consumption.
This project was funded by the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit together with SLAF Station Morawewa and the project was supervised by the Commanding Officer SLAF Station Morawewa, Group Captain Lalith Sugathadasa.
