As part of the Clean Today – Green Tomorrow environmental initiative, SLAF personnel visited Heritance Kandalama yesterday (20 August 2025).  to gain firsthand experience of sustainable practices in action. The hotel, renowned for its eco-friendly operations and harmony with nature, showcased innovative methods in waste management, energy and water conservation and environmentally responsible operations.

This immersive visit provided participants with valuable insights and inspiration to strengthen environmental projects across SLAF establishments. By observing real-world applications of sustainability at Heritance Kandalama, participants are now better equipped to adopt and promote eco-friendly practices within their own units.
