The inaugural sports meet of the Warrant Officers & Sergeants Mess of SLAF Station Colombo was held last afternoon (10 December 2009) at the Rifle Green sports grounds Colombo. All members participated with great enthusiasm and Commanding Officer SLAF Station Colombo Group Captain Nishantha Dharamadasa with SLAF, Command Sports Officer Group Captain Harsha Fernando.
graced the occasion as the Chief guest.

The members were divided in to 4 houses namely “Kfir", "Mig", "Bell" and "Jet” in order to make the event colorful and competitive. Inconclusion of several team games and track events "Bell" house became champions by beating "Mig" house by a single point.
