Three Airmen have helped to maintain the SLAF ensign at the dizzying heights it has been fluttering in since of late, in the National sporting arena.

Leading Aircraftsmen Raheem, right half, Lankeshwara Bandara, centre defence, and Shanmugarajah Sanjeewa, centre forward are an integral part of the Sri Lanka Soccer team that is playing in the "AFC Challenge Cup" from 14th to 27th at the Sugathadasa Stadium and the CR&FC Grounds.

The other participants in this prestigious tourney are India, Bangaldesh, North Korea, Myanmar, Tajikistan, Turkemistan and Kyrgistan.
