Technical Formation Ratmalana became the men' s Champions  (21 points) and  SLAF Base Ratmalana became the women 's Champions (21 points) at the Inter Unit weight lifting Championship 2015 which was concluded yesterday (07 May 2015) at SLAF Station Ekala.

SLAF TTS EKA became runners up in both men's and women's categories.

SGT Lasantha RMRPRC and Aircraftwoman Samaraweera JAKL were adjudged the best weight Lifters in their categories.

Chairman SLAF Squash Air Vice Marshal MLK Perera graced the occasion as the chief guest. Chairman SLAF Weightlifting Air Vice Marshal LHA Silva, Officers, Other ranks were also present at the occasion.
