The much awaited 3-day ‘Aviation Fundamentals for Beginners’ workshops for school children commenced at the Air Force Museum for the December holiday season.

A total of 350 students are expected to participate in the series of workshops. The 1st workshop was conducted from the 6th  to the 8th  of Dec 2015 to impart basic knowledge on aircraft and aviation related fields to the participants. The children participated in lectures, demonstrations and conducted supervised experiments to gather knowledge on aircraft and their flight.

Five such workshops are scheduled during the December school holidays.
