During the history of SLAF Diyatalawa until today Sri Lanka Army continually provided their facilities to SLAF for firearm range firing. A long outstanding need of an own firing range was envision back in 2004 and has become a reality today after nearly 12 long years. This will definitely fill the vacuum which existed for ages and will benefit the future Air Force.
Chief Instructor MSTS of the Sri Lanka Army together with Air Force Officers and other ranks also attended this historic event.
