The Philippines Defence attach, Col. Alex Capina paid a visit to Air Force Headquarters

The Philippines Defence attaché, Col. Alex Capina paid a visit to Air Force Headquarters this afternoon (04 August 2009) and met with the Commander of the Air Force Air Chief Marshal Roshan Goonetileke.
Official plaques were exchanged between the visitor and the Air Force Commander at this occasion.
