Annual AOC's Inspection at SLAF Regiment Training School Vanni
The Commander of the Air Force, Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy, conducted the AOC's Inspection at SLAF Regiment Training School Vanni today (29 June 2017).
The Commander, upon arrival for the inspection, was received by the Commanding Officer Group Captain KKAK Kaluarchchi and accorded a street line.
Certificates of commendation were awarded during the parade for meritorious contributions to the station in particular and to the Air Force in general to the following person:
013485 Corporal Rajapaksha RMSK (OPS Guard III)
During the course of the inspection the Commander visited all areas of the RTS and declared open the newly constructed Table Sports Court and Air Movement.
On conclusion of the inspection, the Commander addressed the Officers, Airmen and Civilians staff of the Regiment Training School. The Commander appreciated their hard work and encouraged them to set and reach even higher goals in future.
