Annual Aoc’s Inspection at SLAF Station Katukurunda
The Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy conducted the annual AOC’s Inspection at SLAF Station Katukurunda on 28 July 2017.
Commanding Officer Group Captain Mohan Balasooriya received the Commander on his arrival and accorded a Street Lining.
During the course of the inspection the Commander visited all areas of the Station. Certificates of Commendation were awarded to 31380 Flight Sergeant Sunilnanda (Ops Grd) and Mr. WD Anura Shantha (Labour) for the valuable service rendered for the benefit of the Station.
On conclusion of the inspection, Commander addressed officers, all ranks and civilian staff commending on the achievements and encouraged them to set and reach even higher goals in future.
