The Commanding Officer, Group Captain SN Fernandopulle received the Commander and accorded a street lining on his arrival.

Commander inspected the station premises and declared open the newly constructed Cafeteria for the Station BIA.

17911 Flight Sergent Asanka RAMN (Ops Grd) and 30320 Sergent Muhandiram TMHK (Catering Assistant), were commended by the Commander for exceptional dedication in the execution of duties during the past year.

Thereafter, the Commander addressed the gathering and appreciated the commendable effort taken by all Officers, Staff and Civilians to maintaining the standards of the Station at a highest level.
