Commander's Inspection at Sri Lanka Air Force Station Koggala

The Commander of the Air Force Air Marshal Kapila Jayampathy conducted the Commander's Inspection at Sri Lanka Air Force Station Koggala today (10th August 2018). The Commander was welcomed by the Commanding Officer, Group Captain HTH Dharmadasa and was accorded a Street Line.
During the course of the inspection, the Commander visited all areas of the Station including Station Headquarters, 414 Regiment Squadron, Works Section, Station Warrant Officer's Office, Station Hospital, Airmen & Airwomen's Mess, Sports Section, Warrant Officers' & SNCOs' Mess, Eagles’ Catalina Golf Club, Holiday Homes, Main Guard Room and planted a ‘Sal ’ tree to mark the event. Certificates of Commendation were awarded to following personnel for their meritorious contributions to the Station in particular and to the Air Force in general.

Concluding the Commander’s inspection, the Commander encouraged all to strive for excellence and expressed his appreciation for all the hard work expended by all members towards maintaining the standards of the Station to the highest standards.
