Productivity Improvement and Professional Development program under the topic of "End plastic pollution" was carried out by the Command Quality Assurance Inspectorate (CQAI) today (5 July 2019) at Trade Training School, Ekala. Four (4) resource personnel from the Sri Lanka Association of Advanced Sciences, joined hands with CQAI, in delivering the program to the SLAF.

SLAF personnel in charge of solid waste management projects in all bases and stations participated for the event. The program was highly fruitful and informative, where participants were able to acquire a wealth of knowledge regarding the usage of plastics and how to dispose of them wisely.
