A Special Programme on Personal Development of Ladies of the SLAF was held yesterday (4 March 2020) at the Main Auditorium of SLAF Trade Training School Ekala, under the patronage of the Chairperson of the SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs Mayuri Prabhavi Dias. This programme was conducted to commemorate the forthcoming International Women’s Day 2020.

The guest lecturer of the programme was Mrs RML Jayasekara, past principal of Visakha Vidyalaya Colombo. She was able to enrich the participants with her own experiences and delivered valuable tips on being a dutiful woman, wife, mother and a servicewoman. Spouses of the Air Force Board of Management, Lady Officers, Airwomen and Ladies of SLAF Civilian Staff also gathered to experience this fruitful event.
