SLAF Seva Vanitha Unit organized a lecture on “How to inculcate a healthy relationship with your partner” for the service personnel and their spouses today (17 May 2024) at the Astra Hall of the Air Force Academy in China Bay. This programme is a continuation of the initial lecture held at SLAF Trade Training School Ekala in October 2023.
The programme was conducted by Mr. Akila Vimanga Senevirathne, who is a renowned Sinhala language instructor and a motivational lecturer. Moreover, Leading Aircraftwoman Anjali Herath added more musical glamour to this programme.
The lecture was organized to impart knowledge on how to maintain a healthy family life while strengthening the bond between newly married couples and couples who intend to get married in the near future. It was intended to inculcate understanding and better knowledge among participants on how to lead a successful marriage life.
The Commandant of Air Force Academy China Bay, Air Commodore Thushara Weeraratne, President Seva Vanitha Unit of Air Force Academy China Bay, Mrs. Dilhani Weeraratne and Seva Vanitha staff participated in this programme along with more than 250 personnel, including officers, airmen/airwomen and spouses of the service personnel.
